ShippingWe can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. - Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
- Shipping time for the semi-stitched products is 8-10 days, and shipping time for customized and standard size products is 10-15 days.
- We have a generous 3-day no-questions-asked return policy or exchange policy. (Return/refund exchange not acceptable for custom size/standard ready to wear size Products)
- Kindly note return or exchange is only one time available.
- Kindly request a return/exchange via mail at care@vsaree.com within 3 days from the date of delivery. Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium.
- Duties and taxes, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer.
- Refunds will be processed in the form of reward points that can be used for future purchases.
- In Exchange, your replacement will be shipped after we receive and verify the returned product.
- Customers have to ship the product to our address for return/exchange orders. Vsaree will reimburse (120/- rupees) reward points for the return shipment.
- With regards to international orders (outside India), presently we do not have a policy on accepting returns or exchanges of any product.
- The product that needs to be exchanged must be returned in the original condition with all parts/tags/accessories intact. Without the original condition of the product, the exchange will not be validated.
- In case of complaints regarding any damage or stain or other reasons must be reported within 24 hours of purchasing the product. We would require an image of the same for us to examine.
- Kindly note ready-made/customization option in the sarees category stand for only blouse stitching.
- For claiming the wrong product was delivered, an unboxing video must be provided showing the package received in intact condition and non-tampered condition.

Returns PolicyYou may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
